Current Favorite Things, Part One

We're girls and our current favorite things change constantly, so I just wanted to share some of my current favorites with you :) Who knows...maybe you have been looking for some new favorites to add to your list!

1. The Day Designer Planner

So of course I was drawn to this planner because of the black and white stripe cover, the foil stamping on the cover, the gold corner protectors, and the brass binding, but that's not it! I absolutely LOVE the layout of the inside pages. Each week has a quote, "todays top three", "todays schedule", "tonight" section for each day, and a weekly "to do" list. Having these already laid out for me keeps me much more organized. I have also tried A LOT of different planners (Kate Spade, Erin Condren, Sugar Paper, Emily Ley Simplified Planner, etc) and take my planner purchase seriously each year ;) but I can honestly say that you won't regret purchasing The Day Designer!

2. Fresh Flowers

I don't know what it is about having fresh flowers in your home and office but they really seem to transform the atmosphere tremendously. I highly suggest buying fresh flowers every week...they're a life changer!

3. MantraBand Bracelets

I came across these adorable bracelets one day on Pinterest and immediately had to buy two of them (duh)! I wanted to get ones that were personal to me and my journey in life so I got one in gold that says "She Believed She Could, So She Did" and one in silver that says "Enjoy the Journey". They are good daily reminders too!

4. Happy Tomato Very Verde Salsa

Trust me when I say that this is the best salsa I have ever had in my life. Go ahead and head to Central Market and get some for yourself...beware, you might eat the whole thing in one sitting, And another plus...it is made locally in Fort Worth! (P.S. it is refrigerated so you will find it near the milk section)

5. Tory Burch Miller Patent Sandal

These are my go-to shoes every.single.day. (I don't know what I'm going to do without them this winter). My favorite pair that I have are the "sand" colored ones.

6. Philosophy Purity Face Wash

If you haven't tried this face wash then you need to...I promise you that it's the absolute best! You can also use it to wash your makeup brushes...win win!

7. MAC Lipstick Primer

Do you ever feel like your lipstick comes off minutes after you put it on? I sure do (maybe it's because I talk too much) and now I swear by the prep + prime lipstick primer from MAC. It also moisturizes your lips, too!

8. Personalized Stationery

Clearly I am in the paper business and love paper and personalization so of course I love my personalized stationery! My grandma used to always buy me new stationery every year and taught me the importance of a hand written note...which I fully agree with!

9. Anything foil stamped, gold glittered, or with gold polka dots

My obsession with these things is kinda unhealthy but I just can't help it! Here is one of the walls in my office...you know you love them too!

10. Fit Bit

I can be a very competitive person so I basically have a competition with my fit bit every single day and am determined to beat it (aka reach 10,000 steps for the day)! In this case, the competitiveness really works to my benefit ;)
