The Best Pumpkin Patches in DFW
We are so excited that it is finally fall...even though it was in upper 90s yesterday! The weather looks like it is going to be gorgeous this weekend, which means you should check out some of the pumpkin patches and fall festivals in the DFW area :) Here are some of our favorites...
Autumn at the Arboretum (Dallas)
75,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash
1,500 ears of corn
900 hay bales
1,200 cornstalks
150,000 blooming flowers and plants
One-acre Pumpkin Village
....you and your kids will be busy for hours!
Pumpkins on the Prairie (Frisco)
Hayrides, bounce house, temporary tattoos, a hay maze, face painting, and games!
Pumpkin Patch at Creekwood United Methodist Church (Allen)
Creekwood is having their Fall Carnival this Saturday, October 17th, from 2-6 pm, which you won't want to miss! Crafts, games, tons of pumpkins, face painting, and more! And don't forget to wear your costumes :) Admission is free to the Fall Carnival and pumpkins for purchase.
Storybook Ranch Pumpkin Patch (McKinney)
Pony rides, hay maze, bounce houses, petting zoo, and tour a historic western town by wagon!
Hall's Pumpkin Farm (Grapevine)
Who wouldn't want to pick a pumpkin straight off the vine? Head to this working farm in Grapevine to do just that! Or you can buy any of the pre-picked ones, too.
We hope you get the chance to have some fall fun this weekend :)
